Group Riding the D76 Way
How District 76 riders ride together: the Ride Standard, formations, hand signals, who does what, pack discipline, and what to do when a ride goes wrong.

About this course
Riding in a group is most of the fun and all of the responsibility. This free course is how we do it at District 76, and what we expect from each other on the road: where to sit in the lane, who does what, how we talk to each other at speed, and what happens when it goes wrong.
It's built for riders who already have the basics down and want to ride with others. If you're brand new, start with Rider Safety Basics first. Every bike and every rider is welcome: sportbike, cruiser, ADV, Grom, trike, or the first bike you bought last week.
Each lesson is short, with a video from a rider-training source where there's a good one, and notes written rider to rider. The course runs in four sections, each with a short quiz. Finish the lessons, pass each section quiz and the final quiz, and you'll earn a Certificate of Completion from District 76 Riders. There's a printable Group Ride Briefing Card to take with you.
Important: this course is for education. It doesn't replace a state-approved rider course or motorcycle licensing. A hands-on course with a certified instructor is always a good next step.
